We use a project management system to manage our projects. New projects for new or old clients are given their own special project area within the project management system, which we then use to track a projects schedule. Within the system we can exchange files, upload documents, send emails, and work on milestones together.

Need help with your project or account? Do you have any support questions? We're here to help! Avteo has a dedicated help desk system to support your questions and concerns. We use a support ticket system to help our clients get fast and specific answers to your technical and support issues.

Avteo uses a web based billing system. Statements are usually sent via email, however our clients can always login to check their account balance, paid and unpaid invoices, get a printable account statement and view their payment history.
